What are the payment gateway options available?

We accept payments through iPay88 for debit and credit cards (only local Malaysian cards), PayPal, RELY, Grab, Stripe and store credits.

I cannot proceed with the payment as there is an error with the payment method that I chose.

Why is my promo code not working?

  • Promo code has expired
  • Promo code are subject to Terms and Conditions
  • The items selected are excluded from the promo code

I forgot to use the promo code during check out! Can I get a cashback?

Discount codes cannot be applied to an already successful order. We do not provide any reimbursement, however you may use them during your next purchase (subject to Terms and Conditions)

What is store credit and how to use it?

Store credit is the money in MYR credited to your Mimpikita account after every successful return or reimbursement transaction. It may be used during check out for your next purchase. The validity period for store credits vary depending on every reason of transaction.

Does purchase made with store credits eligible for refund/exchange?

Exchange or return for these purchases can be returned, however it will be subject to Terms and Conditions
