Exchange and Return Procedure

Can I exchange my purchased item?

Yes, of course! Exchanges are allowed as long as it’s within 7-days after the date of purchase made/item(s) received, however it will be subjected to Terms and Conditions. Kindly show us your receipt as proof of purchase.

Can I exchange to another colour/design if I didn’t like my purchased item?

Unfortunately no, as exchanges are only for sizes which are subject to availability.

Can I exchange a sale item?

Unfortunately no, as all items offered during our sale OR items that have been reduced in prices do not qualify for exchanges or returns.

Do we need to provide receipt of purchase during exchange/return?

Yes, please! We encourage that you bring your receipt for exchange or return requests. Unfortunately, requests without receipts or order invoices (for online purchase) will not be entertained.

Do I have to pay for the delivery fee?

Yes, customers will have to bear the cost for delivery fee first, before our team proceeds to send a new exchanged item.

Can I return over the counter?

Yes, of course! For all in-store exchanges or returns, please visit our flagship store in Bangsar and bring along the item(s) in its original packaging with tag intact with the receipt/invoice as well.

What is the exchange exclusions?

Please take note that all sales items, accessories and lifestyle items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. To exchange or return, please ensure that items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with their tags intact.

Can I return my item if I didn’t like it after purchasing?

Yes, we will be more than happy to assist you! Returns are accepted within 7-days after the date of purchase made/item(s) received, however it will be subjected to Terms and Conditions.

How do I return the item(s) that I don’t want?

In the event that you need to return an item, please fill up the Exchange and Return Form, and wait for a confirmation email before returning the parcel. We will process the return request within 3-4 days after the returned parcel reaches our store.

How will the refund be made?

Please take note that all return requests will be refunded through Store Credit only. This is applicable to both purchases made at our Bangsar store and on our website.

Who will bear the cost for the return of the parcel?

All customers will have to pay the delivery fee for all return requests, otherwise the refund will not be processed accordingly.
