With 2018 all wrapped up and 2019 kicking off in full swing, Mimpikita would like to say thank you for supporting our cause and wishes all our clients, customers and #MIMPIKITAFRIENDS all the very best for the New Year!
Now that we are almost at end of the first month of 2019, it is the perfect time to reflect on how we have done in the past year. Starting from moving into a new place; housed at a fulled-fledged standalone store in Jalan Ara, Bangsar where there is more space for us to create and design, more convenience to our customers and clients also most importantly, MORE PARKING SPACE! (We heard you!)
Then, celebrating the 10th year being in Malaysia’s fashion scene, Mimpikita launched the #KitaSepuloh exhibition at Isetan The Japan Store, Lot 10 KL from the 8th of August to 2nd of September. The exhibition featured our memorable designs, celebrity red carpet pieces and in-house designed textile prints from the earliest to the latest collection.
Not just that, 2018 also is the year where we had our first collaboration with innerwear. The collection was called Mimpikita X Innersejuk where it consisted of premium underscarves, neck bibs, inner tops and leggings pants.
In August, we once again participated in the yearly event of the KL Fashion Week 2018 where we showcased our upcoming MKITA, SpringSummer 19 and Holiday collection.

And keeping with our yearly tradition of ushering in the New Year, we had get together with the whole Mimpikita family, including the littles ones- Adam, Noah, Mika, Maria and Malik. We had a great time stuffing ourselves silly with the delectable spread of food and was entertained with some fun games. We can’t wait to see what 2019 will bring us, so keep an eye on us to find out the next big thing from Mimpikita.
