Am I entitled for an exchange?

Yes, you may change your item purchased within 7 days of purchased made with receipt. Subject to availability of product.

How do I place an order for Bespoke or Bridal services?

Kindly give us a call on 03-22018059 to set an appointment/walk-in to our Mimpikita flagship store, Bangsar/email us at contact@mimpikita.com.my or fill up our request form on our website.

Do I get to bring my own fabric for Bespoke orders?

Yes, you may bring your own fabric if it suits the design upon consultation with our designer.

What is your starting price range for Bridal pieces?

Our Bridal range starts from RM3500 and varies according to the design and fabric.

What is your price range for Bespoke pieces?

Our Bespoke pieces start from RM1500 and varies accordingly to the design and fabric.

Does Mimpikita offer services for the groom?

No, unfortunately we don't offer services for groom attire.

Are alteration services offered for RTW pieces?

Yes, we do but solely on length adjustments only.

Why am I facing difficulties making payment with credit card via iPay88

Sorry but iPay88 payment only accepts debit and credit card for local Malaysian cards, for overseas cards, kindly use PayPal to make payment.

Can item(s) be exchanged with a different channel (e.g Bought item from Mimpikita flagship and exchange at Isetan, KLCC)

No, we don't accept exchange(s) when purchased from a different channel.

Does Mimpikita offer self pick-up if purchased online?

Yes, we do offer in-store pick ups.
